No, it's coaching. We focus on awareness, accountability and aligned action so you can show up as the man, dad and partner you want to be. We may use therapeutic tools and techniques, but the process is ultimately to move you closer to your vision.
You will feel more grounded, calm and connected. Most dads notice a shift in the first few weeks: more patience, less reactivity and deeper sense of pride in how they are showing up at home and at work.
Plan for 5-7 hours per week all in, including group coaching sessions, accountability calls, daily practice, homework, exercises and applying what you are learning in real life. The focus is on consistent practice, not perfection.
